2018 was the first year that the Sleepy Hollow Board of Trustees approved a 2-year contract with Westchester Power as part of the Community Choice Aggregation Program of Sustainable Westchester.  The new contract, started on January 1, 2019, specifies 100% Renewable Energy as the default option and pertains to all existing ConEd electric customers in Sleepy Hollow unless they choose to opt out.  For more information about this ongoing program contact Westchester Power at:  https://www.westchesterpower.org/about/
