Summer’s a Great Time to Take Climate Action-Save August 7th & 9th!

We loved saying hi at the 2nd annual Sleepy Hollow Mermaid Festival Sustainable Sleepy Hollow set up Zero Waste Stations, and this little mermaid helped advise festival goers on how to sort out their resources!

Good news: Even though the Mermaid Festival is over, you can still be a zero waste volunteer!

Sign up here to be a Waste Warrior at the TaSH

Families with students who have learned about composting and recycling at school are encouraged to come as a parent-child team.

Speaking of the TaSH….
On August 9th, don’t head to the farmers market without bringing these tricky-to-recycle items!
We’ll collect items you’re done with, and will share resources (like our recycling web page) that make it easier to recycle items that typically end up in the trash.
